This is a Great Idea. I have got to go to Michael's and check out that cute Shoulder Bag for $1.00. My Sister is alway's asking me to think up Crafty Projects for the Girl Scouts to do. This would be perfect. :0)

Cute bags Minta! As for your question on my purplepeepstechniques.blogspot blog on how to get your children's book published. That is a common question :) If you have a book written (assuming it is fiction) you will need to start looking into publishing houses. Find out there submission guidelines and go from there.
On my podcast website on writing www.writingsnippets.com we will be interviewing a children's book author in July and he will have great tips. We are doing a giveaway right now for a wonderful writing program that you can enter. And if you have any other questions, that is a good place to ask. Good luck :)
