Drinks and Desert pairings

These are one of my kids favorite desert they are Duncan Hines ice cream sandwhich and with a big glass of ice cold milk..yummy.

  • 1pkg Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Premium Brownie mix
  • 1 lg egg
  • 2tbsp water
  • 1/3 cup Duncan Hines Creamy Home-Style Classic Vanilla Frosting
Preheat oven to 375
grease cookie sheet
Combine brownie mix, egg,, water and oil in large bowl.
Stir until well blended and soft dough forms.  Drop by level measuring tablespoons about 2 inches apart
onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 for 7 to 8 minutes or until cookies are set in center.  Don not overbake.
cool for 1 minute before removing to cooling rack.  Cool completely before assembling.
Spread frosting on half the cookies.  Top each frosted cookie with another cookie an gently press together. and enjoy.

I also love Champagne and Strawberries.
Champagne also goes with Chocolate covered pretzels.

Dark chocolates and red wine is a great pairing.

eggnog with makers mark whiskey is oh so good.  great for the holidays.
ginger snaps and eggnog tastes really great.
although I haven't tried it yet but it sounds good is Praline cookies and eggnog.

Champagne and crisp hazelnut shortbreads and freshly baked cookies are good together.
